If an item purchased from us does not suit you or you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to our delivery address for returns within 14 days.
The period begins with delivery of the goods. Please include your address and reason for return in writing with your package. Items that have already been washed will not be accepted for exchange or return, and labels must not be removed.
After we receive your return, it will be processed within 14 days.
The invoice amount is always refunded in the same way as the payment was originally made.

Normally yes! If you do not like the product or you ordered it in the wrong size, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping itself. However, if we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, please contact our customer service and we will of course send you a free return label.
No, unfortunately not. Once we have received the order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes.
Our main concern is that every customer receives flawless goods of the best quality.
Should it happen that you have received a product that contains optical or qualitative defects, please contact our customer service immediately. Please describe the circumstances as accurately as possible (name / order number / pictures of the product / contact details etc) to get a precise and quick response from our customer service.
The warranty period is 24 months on the purchased products and begins with the delivery of the goods.
Excluded from the warranty are damages due to natural wear and tear or improper use.
